My email requesting a repeat prescription did not get through nor was it bounced. When I found out they had not received it I visited the practice late on a Friday evening and the staff could not have been more helpful. I had a new prescription within 15 minutes so no break in treatment.

The receptionist are very helpful and get a prompt phone call response with the results of blood test ,xray. etc etc.
Both Dr Saido and Dr Alwright have always been wondeful and persistant to get the best results for my health care by getting the proper medical tests done.
Got a great proffesional suport when I was going thru bereavment in the family.

Dr always listens to your views and he also explane the problem in detail. He also try and answer all your questions.

Dr Graham Sado has a great bedside manner. One of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of having as my GP.
He listens intently and does not patronise, instead his diagnosis feels like it is being arrived at not in isolation but in discussion with me the patient.
If only there were more doctors around like him.
